...and now for this commercial interruption

The law firm of simmons jannace & stagg represented, pro bono, a young woman who was disqualified by an Australian referree on a procedural technicality during her paralympic tryouts. While unable to disprove that the US Swim Trials were not held in accordance with paralympic rules, Ms. Burpee will be competing in this years World Championships. Steven Jannace's practice includes commercial litigation, banking law, labor and employment law, municipal law and general liability defense. He is a Federal Court Arbitrator for the Eastern District of New York.
